In addition to meeting hall rental and A/V support, the Registration fee covers all lunches and coffee breaks during the Forum, the Tuesday evening Ice Breaker, the Indigenous event, and the Data Management Workshop.
13% HST (Canadian federal and provincial sales tax) applies to all transactions.

Travel funding support is being secured from several of our sponsoring institutions and will be targeted toward use by students/early career researchers and Indigenous participants. Priority will be given to participants who submit an abstract to present at the Forum. Participants with research support are expected to use their own funding. If you need funding, please contact the Local Organizing Committee (Contact page) as soon as possible but no later than 31 August 2015. Please indicate in your request how you will benefit from participating in the Forum. We apologize in advance that the budget for grants is limited, as it may not be possible to fulfill all requests.
